With a spacious, green back yard and garden, large dining area, comfortable lounge space, full kitchen, four bedrooms, family bathroom and ensuite bath off master.

Rules
-The maximum number of guests is 10 including children - please do not exceed this number
-Noise to be kept to respectful levels. Music is allowed but please be aware of the neighbours
-Please do not disturb the bedding in the bedrooms
-Please do not use the kitchen to cook or prepare food without prior agreement
-No open flames
-No pets
-Please take all rubbish with you
- You are welcome to move furniture but please make sure everything is put back in it's place and the house is left clean and tidy.
-Please make sure that you leave the property in the same condition that you found it. Wipe down the kitchen bench and table, load and turn on the dishwasher if required. Hand wash, dry and put away any dishes which are not suitable for the dishwasher. Vacuum up any messes.
- If you would prefer we can charge an additional fee for a full house clean
Additional details
The house is a short walk from public bus routes. Two cars can park side by side in front of the house. Please do not park any cars further back in the driveway.
