With a spacious, green back yard and garden, large dining area and comfortable lounge space, it is the perfect spot for your tiny wedding ceremony, baby shower, hen's afternoon tea, or gathering with friends.

Rules
-The maximum number of guests is 20 including children - please do not exceed this number
-Noise to be kept to respectful levels. Music is allowed but please be aware of the neighbours
-Please do not disturb the bedding in the bedrooms
-No open flames
-No pets
-Please take all rubbish with you
-If you use the BBQ please use the BBQ liner provided or your own BBQ trays. Make sure the BBQ is clean before you leave.
-Please make sure that you leave the property in the same condition that you found it. Wipe down the kitchen bench and table, load and turn on the dishwasher if required. Hand wash, dry and put away any dishes which are not suitable for the dishwasher. Vacuum up any messes.
Additional details
The house is a short walk from public bus routes. Two cars can park side by side in front of the house. Please do not park any cars further back in the driveway.
